If you have more than one adept bonus which applies to the same roll, use the best one.

Add X effort to your successful extended test of Strength, Agility, or Endurance.

This cannot be used on downtime rolls (projects, research, crafting, shopping, or improving a relationship).

Exhaust:
Exhaust means spending stamina and also reducing your maximum stamina by the same amount until you rest.

Passive

For the purposes of grabs, you are considered a creature one size larger.

(Your speed is not halved while grabbing a creature of your size.
Grabbing a creature one size bigger than you now immobilizes it, gives rolls to hit it advantage, and halves your Speed.
Grabbing a creature two sizes bigger than you now halves its Speed and gives rolls to hit it advantage.
Being grabbed affects you as if you were one size larger.)
