You may give up abilities to regain SP.
At any time, you may sacrifice a Theology ability, losing access to it and ending any effects from it, to regain 1 SP.
At the end of each long rest, you regain access to all sacrificed abilities.
(The Headmaster may decide not to approve a sacrifice if you attempt to sacrifice an ability you could not use. In this case, you do not gain SP and do not lose the ability.)
