The target becomes marked with an exploding seal.
When that target is defeated, the seal breaks, and all creatures except for you within 15 ft. of the target must pass a DC 16 health save or they take half the target’s maximum HP in fire damage.
An exploded enemy’s body does not normally survive this process.
If you place an exploding seal on an ally, it will not detonate.
Exploding people is generally frowned upon.
