Evocation Training Passive
Your spells which deal damage deal extra damage,
and even more extra damage if you are wielding a heavy weapon.
This increase also applies to any ongoing damage from spells you cast.
(This damage boost does not apply to creatures you have summoned with a spell.
Summoned creatures are not spells, though a spell is used to summon them.)
(This damage boost does not affect buff spells which make something do additional damage, such as Arcane Infusion, Bear Strength, Gleam, Wrath, and Arcane Flare.)
