Limit:
Once per round, or twice per round while you have two free hands or are dual wielding
Deal extra damage with a spell that deals damage.
If you are wielding a heavy weapon, deal even more extra damage.
Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again until the start of your next turn,
unless you have two free hands or are dual wielding, in which case you can use it twice before you must wait until the start of your next turn to use it again.
(If the spell affects multiple targets, it deals this extra damage to each of them.)
(This damage boost does not apply to creatures you have summoned with a spell.
Summoned creatures are not spells, though a spell is used to summon them.)
