When you roll maximum damage on a weapon’s damage die

When you roll maximum damage on a weapon damage die,
deal extra damage equal to the highest possible amount that die could roll,
or twice as much with a heavy weapon.
(ex: If you roll a 4 on a d4, add +4 damage. If you roll a 12 on a d12, add +12 damage.)
Extra damage dice which are not weapon damage dice (ex: from buffs, including poisons) do not trigger this ability.
Extra weapon damage dice from critical hits can trigger this ability.
