You can disrupt the potency of spells by shouting them down.
All targets have advantage on saves against spells.
All targets have -1 to the number they need to roll to threaten to critically pass saves against spells.
(If they roll a 19 or higher, and pass the save, they critically pass instead.
If they critically pass a save against a spell for half damage, they take no damage instead).
Targets can only benefit from one Counter Performance at the same time.
Dispel:
If this spell is dispelled, it is only suppressed until the start of your next turn instead.
