Choose two points in space.
These points cannot be more than 100 ft. apart (or less at lower mastery).
These points cannot be completely separated from each other by solid objects, though the path between them may bend or be convoluted.
If these points are separated from each other by a magical barrier, this spell can open a tunnel which passes through the barrier if you win a contest of Spellcraft against the barrier’s caster. If you lose, this spell fails.

You open a tunnel through space, connecting the chosen points.
Portals appear at the chosen points at either end of the tunnel.
A creature which is in the same space as a portal may teleport to the other portal.

When you look through one of these portals, you can see what is on the other side of the tunnel.
Projectiles fired through this tunnel may bend to follow its path, and can exit the tunnel going in a totally different direction than the direction in which they entered the tunnel.
The tunnel may be used to travel up or down through thin air.
If one of the ends of a tunnel would be inside of a solid object, the spell fails.

A wormhole can be collapsed by the caster as a fast action.

Suggested Backfire: You tear open a portal to another dimension. Things from that dimension may be able to pass through it and enter your dimension, or you may pass through it to enter the other dimension. The dimension could be anything, perhaps even the prison of an ancient eldritch horror from beyond the stars. There’s a reason they don’t teach high level space magic to just anyone. It’s bad enough so many use it so cavalierly to get around a bit faster.

When you see a ranged attack being made, you may spellburn 1 to cast a short duration version of this spell which opens a reality tunnel in front of the projectile, and spits it out up to 100 ft. away, traveling toward a target of your choice.
This redirects the ranged attack at a target of your choice.
