You can only cast this spell by exceeding your limits.
When you see another creature casting this spell, you may also cast it.

All creatures other than you (and other creatures which cast Freeze Time in the same turn) are frozen in time for one round. They are disabled, immobilized, and skip their turns until the start of your next turn.
During your turn, you may move and act as normal, without interruption and without triggering any reactions (except effortless ones), from creatures frozen in time.
Then, any other creatures which are not frozen in time may take turns in initiative order doing the same.
Then time resumes.

You can also attempt to cast this spell once per month to get an additional downtime slot which can only be spent on an activity you can do alone.
