Dirty Fighting Technique

Debuff
Debuffs make their targets worse at something.
Trigger:
When you hit with a weapon
Cost:
1 FP
Defense:
Health save reduces
Duration:
Until the end of the target’s next turn

The target gets a health save.
When you use this technique on a Heavy Attack, you may spend 1 more FP to increase the save DC by 5.

Fail:
The target is blinded until the end of its turn.

Pass:
The target’s next roll to hit has disadvantage.
If the target does not roll to hit before the end of its turn, this penalty goes away.
If the target cannot be blinded, it is unaffected.

You cannot use other techniques with this attack.
