Once on each of your turns, deal sonic damage to all enemies within earshot.

Almost No Scaling:
Harsh Noise does not get any damage bonuses from anything except One Hit Wonder.
It can be used to trigger Brutal Performance or Brutal Solo on one target.

Dealing damage with this performance causes you to become unhidden.
When used with Masking Performance, you may hide while performing Harsh Noise, but will become unhidden when you deal damage with it.

(This performance is not a buff or debuff, so multiple characters may perform it and each deal damage with it.)

Counterspell:
This spell cannot be counterspelled.

Dispel:
If this spell is dispelled, it is only suppressed until the start of your next turn instead.
A Dispel readied for the start of the caster’s turn is one of the few effective ways of preventing this spell from dealing damage for a round.
