Charm Spell

Subtle
Casting a subtle spell while hidden also hides that you are casting it, and does not cause you to become unhidden.
When you cast a subtle spell while you are not hidden, you cant try to hide that you are casting it with a contest of Spellcraft or Roguery against the Seeking of creatures observing you.
Only observers that win notice you are casting a spell. However, once the spell is cast, its effects may be noticed.
Curse
Curses are a type of spell which enchants the target with a debuff.
Mental
Mental effects affect the mind, and do not affect mindless creatures.

This spell does not affect mindless creatures.

Target must pass a social save,
or be charmed by you while they are bewitched by this curse.

Creatures which have been on the receiving end of a hostile action from you or your apparent allies have advantage on the save against this spell.
Creatures which have already broken free from being charmed by you or your allies in this encounter have advantage on the save against this spell.

If the target fails this save, diminish 1.
When you successfully charm a creature with this ability, you may also attempt a social test of skill to make a brief request or demand of them (such as requesting a truce, or having them stay there or come closer).

For every request or demand you make of the charmed creature beyond the first, they get another save to end the charm, before you roll a social test of skill for it or they reply.

Saves to end this effect are made against a DC which is decreased by your level of diminish at the time they make the save, not your level of diminish at the time you cast this spell. Diminish 1 whenever the target fails a save to end this effect.

The save DC of this ability is increased by your social bonus (or decreased by your social penalty).
The save DC of this ability is decreased by your level of diminish.

If you or your apparent allies take a hostile action toward the target, the spell breaks.
The target may get an additional social save to end the charm if you or your apparent allies make them feel threatened.

This curse ends if the caster or their apparent allies take a hostile action against the target.
This curse ends if the caster is defeated.
You can dismiss this spell as a fast action.
