The target gets a social save.

Fail:
If the target fails its social save it takes psychic damage, and until the end of its next turn it suffers:
disadvantage on rolls to hit,
disadvantage on all tests of skill,
and creatures have advantage on saves against their abilities,
and you diminish 2.

Pass:
If the target passes its social save it only takes half damage from this spell.

The save DC of this ability is increased by your social bonus (or decreased by your social penalty).
The save DC of this ability is decreased by your level of diminish at the time you cast it.
