You shout, loudly, and blast the area with amplified sound waves which project a great distance.
All enemies within earshot must pass a health (reflex) save or take sonic damage.
If any enemy fails their save, you diminish 2. Only do this once, regardless of how many enemies fail their saves.

The save DC of this ability is increased by your social bonus (or decreased by your social penalty).
The save DC of this ability is decreased by your level of diminish at the time you cast it.

You can cast Blare as a fast action while you are terrified.
