Target gets a seal of sacrosanctity.
When they would be hit, they may break this seal, and
until the end of the turn, they become sacrosanct:
any attack that would hit them misses instead, and
any attack that would critically hit them becomes a normal hit instead.
Breaking the seal is an effortless reaction.
Effortless: As long as you are conscious, you may use this reaction. Being disabled or ambushed does not prevent you from using it.
Targets can only have one Seal of Sacrosanctity at a time.
