Target gets a health save against this curse.

Fail:
If the target fails their save,
it cannot react (unless the reaction is effortless),
and on each of its turns it may either move or act, not both.
It also has disadvantage on health (reflex) saves and tests of Agility.
The target gets another health save to end this curse at the end of each of its turns.
Creatures which get multiple actions per turn only lose one of their actions if they move.

Pass:
If the target passes their initial save against this curse,
delay its turn until the end of the round,
and its speed is halved until the end of its turn.
(If it has already taken its turn this round, it does not get to take another turn this round).

Haste Beat may end this spell instead of having its normal effect.
You can end this curse as a fast action.

Suggested Backfire: You cast Slow on yourself, and cannot dismiss it.
