This spell slows the target, then tries to briefly freeze them in time.

Target cannot react (unless the reaction is effortless) until the start of its next turn.
At the start of its turn, the target gets a social save against this curse.

Fail:
If the target fails its save, it is immobilized and disabled until the end of its turn.
Creatures which get multiple actions lose one of them instead of being disabled.

Pass:
If the target passes its save, it may either move or act, not both, during its turn.
Creatures which get multiple actions per turn only lose one of their actions if they move.

Haste Beat may end this spell instead of its normal effect.

Suggested Backfire: You cast Stop on yourself.
